Finding Inspiration in Unlikely Places

We all need a little “pick-me-up” occasionally. Something that helps us change our actions or way of thinking to improve ourselves and help move us forward with some confidence. The inspiration might come from a billboard that you pass on the highway, possibly a kind statement you heard from a friend that really encouraged you, or even from a TV show that said something or displayed a situation that inspired you to make a move in your life.

“Tough times don’t last, but tough people do” – We are all doing to go through something, but it is only temporary. We learn from our situation, we grow from it, and we come out of it ready for the next thing.

“Nothing changes if nothing changes” – Progress takes an intentional action. Change is usually uncomfortable, but it takes movement and stretching yourself to get where you want to go and to whom you want to be.

“The best view comes from the hardest climb” – For anything that is worth having or accomplishing, it is worth the work that you put into it. This also involves changing our way of thinking, our routines, and possibly the people around us…
