Kind Boldness

Have you ever had a friend, a family member, or maybe even a co-worker who was going through a tough time? They were so intrenched in their situation that they couldn’t see obvious solutions to their predicament? Hopefully they reached out to the people who care about them, and you might have been that person on the other end of the conversation, trying to listen and provide them with some form of comfort. Were they willing to hear what you are telling them? Or, were they so involved in their situation that they weren’t able to hear anything you are saying to them?

It is important for us to try and help the people we care about, but it is also important for them to want to help themselves. Sometimes we must be bold in our words for our voices to be heard, especially with people who are going through these tough times. They came to us for a reason, and it’s our job as a caring person in their life to do our best to share with them that there is hope and a light at end of every tunnel…
