Being at ‘the Kid’s Table’
Do you remember growing up and having to sit at the kid’s table during holidays or family events? It was nice to be able to hang out with people who were close to your own age, but to me, it almost felt like I was being excluded or dismissed because I was younger. I remember wanting so badly to know what the grownups were talking about, and every time they would break out into laughter, I wanted to know what was so funny!
