People Who Encourage You
Have you ever met someone and you just feel that there is something different about them? The way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and how they interact with others just shows you there is something different about them. Many times these people are looked down upon because they stand out, but there is reason why they are called to stand out in the crowd.
I have met several people in my life who have struck me as someone special. These are people who have been put in my life, not by accident, but for a reason. For example, my youth minister growing up was a little goofy at times, he knew how to relate to the teenagers and how to have a good time, but he also taught us structure in and through Christ, creativity in our approaches with others, and how to be diligent in our walk with the Lord to seek our purpose. He would never speak down to us when we were going through tough times, however, he would bring our situation back to reality and explain it in a way that we remembered we needed to seek council and to understand we had the power to handle everything with grace and peace…
