Part 1 is offered online and is self-directed. It includes participant engagement activities and quizzes along the way. If an individual is familiar with the program being trained to facilitate such as NPP, he or she can test out of taking the full online course. Once successfully trained in this part, individuals do not need to repeat Part 1 for any other adaptation of that particular program. Part 1 is a pre-requisite for all other stages of the training model.
